2nd Anniversary Campaign Terms & Conditions

This Promotion (“Sushi Hotaru QVB 2nd Anniversary Campaign”) is conducted by Sushi Hotaru QVB Charcoal Bar, located at Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“the Promoter”). Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The campaign runs from Monday, 13 October 2025 to Sunday, 19 October 2025 (AEST). Entries outside this period will not be accepted.

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

Employees or immediate family members of Sushi Hotaru QVB, Rio’s Group, or related agencies are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

Spend $50 or more in a single transaction during the campaign period to qualify for one (1) spin of the in-store raffle drum.

  • Customers will be notified of their eligibility at the counter upon payment.

  • Eligible customers will spin the drum immediately after payment for a chance to win an instant prize.

  • No receipts, registrations, or follow-up entries are required.

Prizes

Prizes include dining vouchers, free sushi plates, drinks, and other exclusive offers.

  • Dining vouchers must be redeemed at Sushi Hotaru QVB before 31 December 2025 and are not valid on public holidays.

  • Vouchers are for dine-in use only and must be presented at the time of redemption.

  • Winners receive their prizes or vouchers immediately in-store.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Prize Draw & Winner Notification

  • Prizes are drawn instantly in-store after each eligible transaction.

  • Winners are determined by the result of their spin on the in-store drum.

  • Winners may be featured on Sushi Hotaru QVB’s social media channels.

  • The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.

Conduct

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who engages in:

  • Fraudulent or misleading behaviour;

  • Tampering with the promotion process; or

  • Abusive or aggressive conduct toward staff or other customers.

Changes to Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the official Sushi Hotaru QVB website.

  • Liability

    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising in connection with this Promotion or any prize awarded.

  • Privacy

    Personal information collected during this Promotion will be used solely to administer the campaign and contact winners where required. Data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Sushi Hotaru QVB’s Privacy Policy.

  • Social Media Disclaimer

    This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or Google. Entrants provide their information to Sushi Hotaru QVB, not to these platforms.

  • Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
